How we helped an Oncology Practice in Omaha Outshine their Big Competitors.  

What we quickly learned about Oncology Associates is, they are  loved and admired by their patients and patients’ families. They are a highly respected cancer treatment center in Omaha that provides exceptional treatments & care.  They also have clinics in remote areas that they serve on a regular basis.  One location requires they take a Cessna to get there. These are the qualities that set them apart and the inspiration and drive behind the marketing.

We have been working with Oncology Associates for over 5 years and have increasingly seen a rise in website visitors, conversions and popularity. They have a very robust presence on the web that is clearly branded and attracts attention. They are found consistently on the first page of Google searches with a vast array of key words. They have a strong social media following that grows everyday. OA’s reputation of personalized cancer care with expertise and compassion is a clear and consistent message received by their audience. They also have an extensive library of valuable video content  that is shared by hospitals, doctors and patients across the nation.

  • Developed a whole new website for Oncology Associates with improved navigation, the ability to efficiently update content and host a library of videos

  • Created a video library of cancer survivor stories from interviews we did with their patients
  • Transformed all their print media to match their new online presence
  • Suggest, write and add new pages of content to the website every month
  • Promote all new website content through social media, e-mail blasts and print
  • Work with the doctors to create peripheral websites that promote them individually
  • Created professional LinkIn profiles of the 3 Doctors in charge of the practice
  • Responsive to all their changing technical and security need

 

Creative Marketing & Video

  • Created the on-going campaign Cancer Survivor Stories Every Day!
  • Developed media plans around cancer education including video
  • Collect content that supports their message including travel to Omaha once a year to interview Cancer Patients and Survivors 
  • Edit interviews into compelling stories and promote on the web and in print
  • Write educational scripts on the most recent cancer related topics 
  • Add videos to the Oncology Associates website as valuable educational and promotional material

 

In this case we crossed the difficult subject of cancer with a little bit of campiness. The sole intention of this video was to have fun with the patients and staff but turns out creative endeavors like this video happen to be good for getting noticed.
