Ballard Backyard Cottages now has sixteen completed projects across the city and a full year’s worth of new builds in design or permitting.

Beyond beautiful construction, their mission is deeply human: helping homeowners make dreams come true—aging in place, staying close to family, creating guest spaces, or building passive income by creating a short-term rental business.

Since partnering with See Spot Run in 2021, Ballard Backyard Cottages has expanded its online presence, brand visibility, and client pipeline—powered by consistent content, social storytelling, and a site that stays fresh and functional year-round. SSR manages the full web presence—social media, monthly blog posts, content updates, video and photo shoots, and ongoing site maintenance—ensuring every touchpoint reflects their craftsmanship and keeps potential clients engaged.

For more than a decade, we’ve partnered with Oncology Associates of Omaha, NE, to create a unified, branded digital presence that celebrates both expertise and empathy.

From launching their website to producing videos, print, and social campaigns, the project evolved into The Lighter Side of Cancer — a creative platform that shares knowledge, humor, and humanity with patients, caregivers, and survivors.

We created a branded blog roll that is updated every month and linked to NSD’s social media and monthly newsletter.

Throughout COVID, we continued to produce testimonial videos for NSD. To continue video production, we recorded interviews via Zoom and edited the footage into short videos to maintain outreach and keep the brand alive during that time.
